Your little ones are amazing - just look at the happiness on the little faces, the gorgeous bright and happy eyes, even through the torture of being a sister!! I was the big sister to my only little brother, and was taller than him for most of our childhood - so I guess that makes me the strangler rather than the stranglee!! I love the fact that you have children who will grow up together and learn together (have I told you how much I admire and am in awe of the fact that you homeschool?), and learn to share, and bicker, and love, and care, and take turns, and look out for one another.
With a mother with the grace that you have these little ones are off on the best start they could ever hope for. Looking at their little glowing faces it is so clear that the blessing they are to their parents is only a small part of the blessing they will grow up to be to everyone they meet.
Thinking of you and your family this evening Sara - hope you have a great weekend together, with lots of fun, happiness and joy! And a little R&R if you can squeeze it in somewhere!
Blessings to you all, as you are a blessing to others.
These are the humble musings of a sometimes overwhelmed, 30-something, homeschooling, diaper-changing, sin-fighting, growing-in-grace woman who is striving to become more like my Father each day and learning that focusing on the blessing is key. The thoughts and ramblings posted here are merely an expression of the things God is working out in my own heart and life.
